If you’re a male with over-developed or enlarged breasts like me, you probably feel pretty self-conscious about your appearance. Well, you are not alone! A lot of guys would like to discover a way to effectively reduce their male breast development. I was able to significantly reduce my gynecomastia without surgery, so it certainly is possible.

Male breast development is a condition that afflicts around 40% to 60% of men. The first steps to reduce your enlarged breasts should deal with exercise and weight loss. Weight loss can be achieved with a healthy diet, aerobic exercise and strength training.

You can begin by slow reducing any meat in your diet and add more salads and vegetables to detoxify your body. This can help your body reach the best state for losing fat chest fat.

You can also include more protein from nuts and fibrous foods to reduce your hunger and speed up your body’s metabolism, which will cause you to lose weight.

And in fact, there are exercises you can do that will specifically target the fat in your breast tissue and help you reduce it. They may seem simple, but they sure do work!

One such exercise is jumping jacks. Another one is an isometric exercise, where you stand against a wall in a semi-crouching position, and lean your body into the wall as hard as you can.
